C\u2019est l\u2019une des chefs de file du mouvement paysagiste abstrait, avec des espaces picturaux combinant r\u00e9seaux et mosa\u00efques pour donner une perspective fuyante.<\/p><h2>Exposition Vieira Da Silva : La perspective en sujet<\/h2><h3>Une artiste r\u00e9fugi\u00e9e dans un monde de couleurs<\/h3><p>Maria Helena Vieira da Silva, qui est n\u00e9e \u00e0 Lisbonne en 1908,\u00a0 s\u2019est tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t \u00ab r\u00e9fugi\u00e9e dans le monde des couleurs \u00bb. Ainsi, on retrouve \u00e0 la fin des ann\u00e9es 1980 dans son Testament pictural un po\u00e8me confirmant cette inclinaison l\u2019huile sur toile intitul\u00e9e <i>Le Jeu de cartes<\/i> (1937), une \u0153uvre chatoyante o\u00f9 carreaux, piques, tr\u00e8fles, valets, dames et rois se succ\u00e8dent et varient.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Maria Helena Vieira da Silva exploite aussi librement le souvenir des azulejos de Lisbonne, dont elle est impr\u00e9gn\u00e9e. Elle d\u00e9clarera du reste en 1978 \u00e0 Anne Philipe, dans le livre d\u2019entretiens\u00a0<i>L\u2019\u00e9clat de la lumi\u00e8re<\/i><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ec71b65 elementor-blockquote--skin-quotation elementor-blockquote--button-color-official elementor-widget elementor-widget-blockquote\" data-id=\"ec71b65\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"blockquote.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<blockquote class=\"elementor-blockquote\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-blockquote__content\">\n\t\t\t\tAu Portugal, on trouve beaucoup de petits carreaux de fa\u00efence, des azulejos, le mot vient d\u2019azur, parce qu\u2019ils \u00e9taient bleus. Ils sont un motif de d\u00e9coration traditionnel dans les vieilles maisons. Cela aussi m\u2019a influenc\u00e9e. Enfin cette technique donne une vibration que je recherche et permet de trouver le rythme d\u2019un tableau.\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/blockquote>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6ef8026 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6ef8026\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Une perspective \u00ab\u00a0chancellante\u00a0\u00bb<\/h3><p style=\"font-weight: 300;\">U<span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">ne des clefs de lecture de ses tableaux est <strong>la Ligne.<\/strong> Aucun emp\u00e2tement n&rsquo;est recherch\u00e9 : le travail s&rsquo;accomplit par <b>couches successives et transparentes<\/b> qui conf\u00e8rent un \u00e9clat et une densit\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque touche. La surface du tableau est tram\u00e9e ou tress\u00e9e, la lumi\u00e8re \u00e9tant indissociable de la forme.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 300;\">The<i> \u00a0\u00ab\u00a0perspective chancelante\u00a0\u00bb<\/i> met en forme un r\u00e9seau de courbes perspectives qui vont se resserrer, avec un point de fuite d\u00e9r\u00e9gl\u00e9.<\/p><h2>Une relation \u00e0 l&rsquo;abstractionnisme<\/h2><h3>Un imaginaire construit autour de la ville<\/h3><p style=\"font-weight: 300;\">L&rsquo;imaginaire de Vieira est domin\u00e9 par des <b>sch\u00e9mas urbains<\/b> ; elle construit inlassablement des sites comme si elle voulait effacer de la m\u00e9moire collective le souvenir du tremblement de terre de Lisbonne.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 300;\">La perspective se donne \u00ab\u00a0<i>comme th\u00e8me de l&rsquo;espace, comme th\u00e8me du temps, comme une mani\u00e8re de faire respirer le tableau<\/i>\u00ab\u00a0. L&rsquo;artiste s&rsquo;approche paradoxalement de la perspective classique dans les compositions les plus abstraites. Elle peint des tableaux sans centre affirm\u00e9, pour ouvrir le champ de vision.
